Return and Refund Policy

1. What is NiiftyHouse’s return and refund policy?
We want you to love your purchase from NiiftyHouse! If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Request:
To request a return or exchange, please email us at service@niiftyhouse.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and relevant product information. Our customer service team will provide further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if the return is due to our error or a defective product) or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered and are not in original condition

  • Items not properly packaged

  • Items that are damaged due to customer handling

  • Items with missing tags or original packaging

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

  • Any misuse of the return policy

  • Other items that may affect resale

Important Notes:

  • Custom‑order or personalised items are not eligible for a 30‑day refund unless defective.

  • For non‑quality issues (e.g., buyer’s remorse), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • If the return is caused by our error (wrong item sent, defective product), NiiftyHouse will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • Refunds for international orders will be processed based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

  • For orders that are canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund.

  • We will not accept cancellation requests after the order has been shipped. In that case, please apply for a return after receiving the package.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization from customer service may be considered non‑refundable.

2. How to process a return or exchange?

  • Initiate return: Email service@niiftyhouse.com to request a return or exchange.

  • Prepare package: Ensure the item meets the return conditions, then send it to the return address provided.

  • Ship item: Keep the tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery.

3. Processing time for returns and refunds

  • Returns & exchanges: Typically processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds: Usually appear in your original payment account within 7–10 business days. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the bank cannot resolve it, contact us at service@niiftyhouse.com.

4. How to check return or exchange status?
After initiating a return or exchange, you can check the status by email. Please follow these steps:

  • Send an inquiry to service@niiftyhouse.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Date of return/exchange request

    • Product information (name or SKU)

    • Return tracking number (if applicable)

    • Your contact information

  • Our customer service team will respond within 1–3 business days with the latest updates.

5. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@niiftyhouse.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs) as appropriate.
